Co-Manager

Concord Mills ! If you're a natural leader with a background in restaurant operations and a love for guest service, we want to hear from you.
Location: Concord Mills Mall - Charlotte, NC (Restaurant concepts include:
Villa Italian Kitchen, Greenleaf's, South Philly Cheesesteaks, and Salsarita's )
Compensation: Starting at
$60,000 annually (based on experience/ negotiable)
What You'll Do:
Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations across multiple food concepts Lead and develop team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment Maintain high standards for food quality, guest service, and cleanliness Drive sales and manage costs to achieve financial goals Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards What We're Looking For:
Previous
restaurant management or supervisory experience
(fast casual or quick service preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment A hands-on, team-first attitude Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
