They are actively seeking to hire a Project Manager to support their manufacturing facility This role requires exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Spartanburg County, SC As a Project Manager, you'll spearhead and oversee manufacturing and facilities projects from initation to close. Key Responsibilities: Lead projects, achieving all project goals. Craft comprehensive project plans detailing timelines, budgets, and resource needs. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality assurance, and supply chain. Track project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure success. Identify and address project risks and challenges proactively. Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and internal policies. Prepare and deliver project status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership. To be considered for this role you require: Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment. Experience within injection molding is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and strong problem-solving capabilities.
