to organize, prioritize, and streamline work. Organize and prioritize work efficiently in the product backlog so that implementations meet timelines and stakeholder expectations. Support the team's lead product manager by helping to maintain the product backlog and see that work is getting completed in an efficient and timely manner. Be able to validate that the solution meets business needs as well as demonstrate to stakeholders. Effectively communicate between business stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams. Create and maintain documentation of project timelines, requirements, processes, and solutions. Establish a sound understanding of how systems work and become an expert in the functional aspects of the system. Maintain system requirements in databases and other forms of documentation. Participate in sessions to develop business requirements and serve as a liaison between IT, PMO, and business areas. Support, contribute to, and/or facilitate the identification/prioritization of business/process solutions. Participate in reviews of conceptual designs and provide appropriate guidance/consulting to help ensure that they satisfy all documented requirements. Identify and/or establish appropriate testing metrics/targets to validate that business requirements are being met. Conduct and/or support testing activities, including production testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, and production validation.
Role and Responsibilities: This role will support documentation efforts supporting business, technical, and functional or non-functional requirements as well as overseeing the implementation timeline. It will require the use of
Rally-agile
to help streamline the projects efforts and tasks. Additionally, it will require working closely with the vendor, business partners, and cross-functional teams to successfully organize and implement the solution in a phased approach.
