About the Job:
We are looking for an Epic Application Analyst specialized in
Cadence/Prelude . The Epic Application Analyst role spans several levels (1-4) based on experience, Epic training, and cultural fit. Responsibilities include the implementation, development, and maintenance of the Epic system and any associated third-party systems. Analysts at various levels provide support around the clock, engage with clients, and uphold software lifecycle compliance. As they advance, they enhance their Epic knowledge, mentor junior analysts, and lead projects aimed at improving patient safety and quality. Candidates should have excellent critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to build strong partnerships across all organizational levels. Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday during Eastern time business hours, with some flexibility. You will participate in an on-call rotation and may occasionally need to cover special requirements outside regular hours. This is a remote position that requires an appropriate virtual home office environment, along with the use of standard office equipment. Occasional travel may be necessary for Go-Live installations or training. What You'll Do: System Build and Configuration:

Exhibit a solid understanding of the systems development lifecycle, applying the right methods for development, testing, deployment, and evaluation. Project Management:
Effectively manage projects while adhering to established principles of project management. Documentation and Testing:
Maintain thorough documentation, develop testing scripts, and ensure all builds align with departmental standards and end-user approval. Who You Are: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience. Demonstrated analytical aptitude and experience in implementing and testing vendor software applications or healthcare operational experience preferred based on analyst level. Epic experience is required for all analysts; levels 2-4 must hold current Epic certification relevant to the primary application and additional areas for application maintenance and development. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience as analysts, showcasing expertise in system methodologies, project management, and business process reengineering in healthcare. Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments with competing priorities. Proficient use of computers is necessary for job responsibilities.
