Description: Own the front-end architecture and execution for critical applications. Collaborate with designers, engineers, and analysts to translate requirements into applications. Mentor a team of developers and establish front-end best practices. Champion modern tooling and processes.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and optimization of applications ensuring performance. Define UI standards and conduct code reviews. Coach and mentor UI developers in a collaborative environment. Translate requirements into technical specifications and partner on API design. Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines for code quality. Work with designers to ensure responsive design and consistency. Evaluate and introduce new technologies and frameworks.
Qualifications: 8 years of web development experience, with 4 years focused on Angular. Proven track record leading projects and mentoring engineers. Deep understanding of architecture, state management, and CLI tools. Solid grasp of programming patterns and responsive design principles. Experience with build tools and testing frameworks. Familiarity with APIs and integrating with back-end services. Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts.
