We're looking for a Content Marketing Strategist who can bring that mission to life. This isn't just a writing job-it's an opportunity to operate the content engine for a fast-moving brand that values clarity, empathy, and strategic impact. This role is dynamic, not just another writing job, with opportunities for growth in other marketing skillsets like design, ad copywriting, social media marketing, and video production. What You'll Do
You'll be the engine behind our written content strategy-fully implementing our article-focused content marketing playbook, which follows a Hero-Hub-Help framework. That means:
Writing and publishing long-form articles (1 Hero, 3 Hub, 9 Help per quarter). About 1-2 articles per week. Conducting keyword research using tools like SEMrush and Google Search Console Interviewing subject matter experts to extract original insights and stories and using your interviews in the content you produce. Structuring content for SEO, narrative flow, and conversion while keeping your voice authentic to our brand and vision. Editing with precision and ensuring consistency in brand voice across audiences Coordinating with the social manager and video producer to promote and extend the content through all channels Managing the full publishing workflow, from brief to CMS upload and QA Measuring performance and running refresh cycles for ongoing content improvement You'll serve both B2C (75%) and B2B (25%) audiences, delivering helpful, search-optimized answers to real-world problems while building Bailey's Moving authority in the moving and workplace logistics space.

2-5 years of experience in content marketing, SEO writing, or editorial strategy Portfolio of published long-form content that balances SEO with voice Proficiency in tools like SEMrush, GSC, Keyword Planner, and CMS platforms (Webflow experience a plus) Ability to conduct Subject Matter Expert (SME) interviews and translate insights into engaging copy Strong project management skills-able to juggle deadlines and priorities while working independently Intermediate graphic design skills (primarily using Canva) - You don't need to be a professional designer, but you should be confident creating clean, on-brand visuals like infographics, flyers, social media assets, and simple blog illustrations. Confident using AI to streamline content - You use tools like ChatGPT to speed up research, improve outlines, and refine copy-without losing the human touch that makes content connect.
