Role: Program Manager Location: New York 10012 - 2-3 Days Onsite Duration: 6-12+ Months Note: C2C only through own corp.

The Program Manager (PM) is responsible first and foremost for the successful high-quality delivery of the program roadmap and milestones related to clients' technology operations projects, and strategic initiatives and manages the roadmap. In order to achieve this, the PM must manage the application development/business milestones, dependencies internal and external to the program, risks, resources on the program, and budget. It is critical that the delivery of the program be confined to the boundaries of the allocated budget and the responsibility of the PM to manage and escalate when needed. The PM is also responsible for driving areas peripheral, but essential to the program such as change management, operational processes, engineering best practices, and the maturity of Agile delivery within the program teams. These areas are pertinent to the success of the overall program.

Requirements:

8-10 years experience with project/program management of large teams on enterprise-level initiatives. Experiences in executing projects in TechOps/Infra/Security programs. Strong experience of Financials management. Application/Infrastructure/Network/Security operations related projects. Hands on experience with Apptio, JIRA, Smart & Confluence is a big plus. Strong understanding and experience executing in an Agile delivery technology organization. Serve as a mentor to Project Managers and provide support and critical thinking to resolve issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle. Demonstrated experience in working/liaising with technical vendors. Strong penchant to deliver, self-learner, and someone that likes to come up with solutions. Detail-oriented, highly organized, punctual, and a strong mentor. Possesses a thorough knowledge of corporate budgeting terminology.
