Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a Data Center Technician - Technical IT 2 to join their team. As a Data Center Technician, you will be part of the IT department supporting critical operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

$24 - $26/hour Day Shift: 12-hrs (Thu-Sat) & (Wed-Sat)
What's the Job?
Prepare, stage, set up, and perform startups and shutdowns of IT equipment according to specific instructions and protocols. Conduct post-execution quality checks to ensure proper setup and compliance with safety protocols. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, quickly identifying causes and replacing faulty components as needed. Decommission hardware for upgrades and refreshes while following standard procedures. Monitor systems for performance errors and assist in testing and debugging new programs. What's Needed?
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and components. 1+ years of experience supporting IT equipment or related technology. Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word). Flexibility to work non-standard business hours, including weekends and holidays. What's in it for me?
