Join a best-in-class hospitality team as a
Catering Operations Manager
supporting a high-profile client account. In this role, you'll train alongside our Director of Corporate Catering and quickly grow into a leadership position overseeing daily catering operations. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding dining experiences and thrive in dynamic, client-focused environments, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
Lead daily catering operations with a focus on excellence and efficiency
Manage and develop catering staff, fostering a high-performing team culture
Build and maintain strong client relationships through outstanding service
Oversee financial performance and ensure budgetary goals are met
Plan and complete special events, conferences, and high-end catering functions
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in catering or hospitality operations
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web-based systems
Highly organized, meticulous, and self-motivated
Commitment to safety, sanitation, and company standards
