Position Summary: Responsible for coding, testing, and delivering high-quality deliverables while remaining open to learning new technologies.
Responsibilities: Assign consultant resources to support refinement and execution of the Technology PMO Framework to support technology delivery. Own and drive key functions within the PMO Framework including initiative coverage, risk and issue management, dependency management, reporting, and communications. Participate in and lead PMO leadership meetings, program status meetings, and senior stakeholder meetings. Prepare and review meeting materials for status meetings, leadership meetings, and senior management meetings. Understand and explain the scope of work across all relevant tech departments and vendors when applicable. Ensure design and data handoffs align with the design and data requirements of upstream and downstream applications. Clearly explain processes from business, operational, and technical perspectives to all stakeholders outside the execution team. Track progress and report the overall status of PMO activities, raising concerns and roadblocks as necessary. Create runbooks for critical program milestones including UAT and production parallel, and ensure these are integrated into the overall plan. Lead planning and execution of projects within the batch operations domain. Monitor batch production performance, identify and resolve issues, and optimize efficiency. Maintain a continuous focus on identifying and implementing opportunities for improved efficiency. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:
BE/B Tech/MCA. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications / Skills:
Experience with Alladin platforms. Strong experience in investment management and understanding of the trade life cycle. Data analysis and strategy skills, including business intelligence and analytics for decision-making and forecasting. Ability to define data strategies and architectures and select appropriate data solutions and platforms. Implementation and monitoring of data quality, accuracy, and security policies. Strong knowledge of data lifecycle, governance, security, ethics, and management principles. Experience managing implementation of new data warehouses, including migration, ETL processes, and reporting. Oversight of data migration from legacy systems, ensuring integrity and minimal disruption. Ability to integrate and align with existing PMO framework and processes. Monitor and track critical milestone completion and address any deviations. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational capabilities. Ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively in cross-functional teams. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
