Who We Are
Pizza Ranch® Inc., started as a single location in Hull, Iowa in 1981. Pizza Ranch® is a fast-casual restaurant that specializes in signature pizzas & The Country's Best Chicken®, fresh salads, desserts, and convenient delivery and take-out options. In 2006, we leveled up the experience by introducing FunZone Arcades-in-restaurant entertainment featuring the latest games and prize redemption. Since then, we've been on a rapid expansion path with more than 220 locations across 15 states, and many of them now feature FunZone Arcades.
Our Vision is "To glorify God by positively impacting the world" and our Mission is "To give every guest a legendary experience". Pizza Ranch is more than your average buffet restaurant. We are dedicated to providing a Legendary Buffet in a welcoming environment. Delivery drivers are vital to the successful operation of our restaurants and meeting the expectations of our guests. The main responsibility of a Pizza Ranch delivery driver is to deliver the orders to the designated location on time. Successful delivery drivers are punctual, efficient, detail oriented and always have safety in mind. The orders that delivery drivers take are expected to be correct, not missing any items and delivered on time with a courteous manner. It is also expected that delivery drivers ensure that the company vehicles are well maintained before and after their shift. Delivery drivers may be cross-trained and expected to perform other duties within the restaurant as needed, especially during lower volume shifts.
Qualifications, Skills, and/or Competencies:
Must be 18 years of age or older Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle record Some locations may require use of your personal vehicle for deliveries. In those locations, you will be required to provide proof of insurance and a satisfactory vehicle. Ability to be mobile and/or on your feet for extended periods of time during the entire shift Reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, wiping, sweeping, and mopping Ability to lift and carry weight up to 40 pounds Strong desire and ability to provide legendary guest service Ability to positively interact with team members and guests
