Summary: Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries regarding company products and services, process customer phone orders, check availability of stock and shipping dates, quote prices, fill orders to customer specifications, process sales data via computer, and assist the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products.

Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services Processing customer orders, following up on backorders & ship directs Checking availability of stock, pricing and shipping dates Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products Qualifications of the

Industrial knowledge is a plus Excellent communication skills Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently Must have experience performing a majority of the functions Prior inside sales but not required organization, multi-tasking and customer focus is required Regular in-person attendance required Normal business hours Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm Additional Information:
