As a Licensed Clinical Therapist/Independent Licensed Therapist, you will have the opportunity to treat a diverse range of mental health conditions faced by our patients. Key Responsibilities: Build strong provider-patient relationships and ensure coordinated care with external providers. Screen patients for prevalent mental health and substance use disorders and provide thorough assessments. Utilize various treatment methodologies, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based practices to address mental health conditions. Monitor and document treatment efficacy and changes in clinical symptoms or side effects of treatment. Maintain precise and current electronic medical records (Athena) and clinical documentation, adhering to all necessary regulatory standards. We also provide growth opportunities for other roles you may be interested in. Essential Qualifications: Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field. Active and unrestricted license (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC) in Oregon. Preferred Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years professional social work or clinical experience after obtaining your master's degree. Direct experience providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families. Proficiency in using computers for professional communication and medical documentation, particularly with Excel, Outlook, and Athena RMS (or other EHRs). A proven ability to work effectively both independently and in collaboration with others. The salary for this role ranges from $59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment. Compensation is determined by various factors, including local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. UnitedHealth Group adheres to all minimum wage laws as applicable.
