Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in the transformer services industry Strong understanding of transformer components and customer needs Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% More About Us
