D365 Business Analyst & Systems Developer

Position Overview:
In this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to design, enhance, and optimize D365 F&SCM and related systems. From gathering requirements to customizing solutions, you'll help shape the technology that supports our operations.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into system solutions Analyze gaps and recommend improvements to streamline supply chain and operational performance Lead D365 customization, development, and configuration Build integrations between D365 and other business systems Design and automate workflows using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) Manage testing, QA, and user acceptance activities Deliver user training and support adoption across departments Support project management and change initiatives throughout the system lifecycle Travel up to 50% for training, UAT, and on-site implementation support
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field3+ years in a Business Analyst role, preferably with D365 experience Experience with D365 modules (Finance & Supply Chain Management, Sales, or Customer Service) Full lifecycle implementation project experience is a plus Strong understanding of ERP/CRM systems Skilled in requirement gathering, use case development, and test planning Proficient in Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Azure Logic Apps) Strong analytical and communication skills Agile project experience preferred D365 or Microsoft certifications Experience with scripting, workflow automation, or SQL Background in enterprise application or ERP development
