Weekly Rhythms Team Meetings
Tuesday staff meetings Weekly meeting with the assigned ministry director
Ministry Work
Hands-on work in assigned ministry areas throughout the week and assisting in Sunday services.
Mentorship & Coaching
Weekly check-ins with the intern director Meet with a member of the pastoral team twice during the internship
Theological Development Reading assignments and table discussions
Personal Reflection
Encouraged journaling and capturing questions and self-reflections throughout the week
Personal Expectations

Phase 2 - Local Assessment
Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you will be sent instructions on next steps. Sometimes, this comes in the form of a second questionnaire provided by your local organization; sometimes, your local supervisor(s) may reach out to conduct an interview.
Phase 3 - Provisional Acceptance
The local organization will inform Reliant of the decision to move forward with onboarding. You will register for support-raising training run by Reliant to take the next steps toward support-based ministry.
