Job Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing post-sale projects involving components, upgrades, or replacement parts. This role ensures that all customer requirements are met by coordinating with internal departments, managing timelines, and maintaining accurate project documentation. The ideal candidate has experience in a manufacturing environment and is comfortable working with customers, internal teams, and business systems to see projects through from order to delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

Review incoming project details with sales and technical teams to confirm scope, specifications, and delivery timelines

Input and maintain accurate project information in business systems (e.g., ERP or project tracking tools)

Monitor work orders and internal requests to support project fulfillment

Coordinate with production and service teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time

Serve as the point of contact for customer communication during the post-sale process

Monitor project milestones and resolve any issues related to scope, materials, or scheduling

Participate in internal meetings and report on project status, risks, or changes

Ensure that all documentation and follow-up steps are completed for project closeout

Knowledge/Experience Required:

Associate degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field .

Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships effectively.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong track record of on-time delivery.

Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of project planning and execution.

PMP or equivalent certification .

Proficiency in project management software and tools.
