Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is looking for a highly qualified, experienced and self-motivated individual to perform the duties of a Senior Program Manager to support the Enterprise Database Services Unit (EDSU) Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). This position will be responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and serves as the single point of contact for those projects. This position requires an Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility clearance, supporting a DOJ FBI five-year contract beginning mid-July 2025. The primary work location is Patriots Plaza in Washington DC (with a possible work location of Mission Ridge in Chantilly, VA upon special request and client approval). Some telework flexibility may be available on a case-by-case basis.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

The Senior Program Manager will take projects from original concept through final implementation for EDSU, which assists FBI customers with implementing relational database solutions and securing Authorization to Operate (ATO) for mission critical systems. EDSU's service portfolio includes Oracle Database as a Service (ODaaS), Enterprise SQL Server Database Services (ESDBS), Security-Threat Assessment and Review Services (S-TARS) and Rapid Application Deployment and Resilience (RADAR) services. The Senior Program Manager will:

Interface with all areas affected by projects including end users, computer services, and client services

Define project scope and objectives

Develop work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports

Conduct project meetings and track progress

Ensure quality standards and review deliverables

Manage vendor task integration and deliverables

Provide technical guidance to project teams

Direct analysis and solutions of problems

Clearance:

Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility clearance

Required Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Abilities:

Bachelor's degree in related field

7+ years of experience IT program/project management

Proven experience in project management, including taking projects from concept through implementation

Proficiency in developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interfacing with end users, computer services, and client services

Ability to provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams

Familiar with ODaaS, ESDBS, S-TARS, and RADAR services

Preferred Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Abilities:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent

Experience with project management tools and software

Knowledge of current project management methodologies and best practices

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
