Tibco Tech Lead || Hybrid || W2 Only||

Responsibilities: Lead design, development, and deployment of TIBCO-based integration solutions across enterprise systems. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate integration requirements into scalable technical designs. Provide hands-on technical leadership to the TIBCO development team and ensure code quality and performance. Drive best practices around service-oriented architecture (SOA), microservices, and TIBCO suite usage. Oversee complete SDLC lifecycle: design, code, test, deploy, and support TIBCO applications. Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolutions of defects and performance issues. Implement and manage containerization strategies using tools like

Docker and Kubernetes

for TIBCO deployments. Ensure integration architecture is secure, reliable, and aligns with enterprise standards. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in enterprise integrations with at least 5 years on the

TIBCO platform

(BW5/BW6, EMS, RV, BE, Hawk). Experience in a technical lead role. Strong knowledge of

TIBCO BusinessWorks ,

EMS , and

Administrator . Experience in

containerizing TIBCO applications

using

Docker

and orchestrating with

Kubernetes . Proficient in API design, XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and JSON. Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git). Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills. TIBCO certification is a plus.
