DCO Systems Technician Location:
Reno, NV Schedule: 12-hour shifts, rotating every 3 months between days (5 AM-5 PM) and nights (5 PM-5 AM) Week 1: 3 days on / 4 days off | Week 2: 4 days on / 3 days off Includes either Saturday or Sunday depending on shift cycle Compensation:
$30/hr + Shift Differential (Swing: +$1, Graveyard: +$3) + Annual Bonus Benefits:

Position Overview: Support maintenance and operations of critical data center infrastructure (power, cooling, networking, and facilities). Execute preventative maintenance and support expansion activities, while maintaining 100% uptime of critical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform system inspections and preventative maintenance Work with vendors/contractors to meet performance standards Monitor and maintain safety protocols per company guidelines Support infrastructure including generators, PDU units, CRACs, AHUs, pumps, and more Troubleshoot Modbus, CAT5/6, and environmental wiring Use thermal imaging (FLIR); training provided as needed Ensure customer compliance with Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) Execute tasks assigned by management and support facilities maintenance Requirements:
Technical trade school + 2+ years Commercial HVAC/Mechanical repair experience
