Requirements to Join: All therapists and counselors applying to Talkspace must provide verification of: An independent, state-board-approved clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) Individual professional malpractice liability insurance NPI and CAQH numbers Current residence within the USA Compensation Details: You will receive $70 for each 60-minute live session, with compensation based on the state where your client resides. Rates for shorter sessions (30-minute and 45-minute) will be prorated. Asynchronous messaging rates vary according to client plans and their state. Bonuses are available based on engagement with new clients.
