Job Posting: Architectural Project Manager - Public Sector Projects

Are you a seasoned Architect with strong project management skills and a passion for leading public sector projects from concept to completion?
Selectek is seeking a highly qualified Architect with a project management background to join our client's team. In this role, you will manage projects for city, county, and state entities, ensuring successful delivery from concept through construction.
About the Role:
Project Management: You will manage projects for libraries, courthouses, schools, universities, and other municipal structures from concept through construction. Schedule & Communication: You will develop tracking schedules and coordinate communications with team members and contractors. Budget & Cost Management: You will prepare budgets and manage project costs. Billing Management: You will manage project billing processes. Client & Stakeholder Management: You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Who You Are:
Experienced Architect/Project Manager: You have 5+ years of experience managing projects from concept through construction, with a strong background in city, county, or state projects. Educated Professional: You hold a BS Degree in Architecture. Licensed Architect (Preferred): You are a licensed architect (a plus). Technical Proficiency: You are proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools. A Strong Communicator: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organized & Detail-Oriented: You are highly organized and meticulous in your work.
Required Skills:
5+ years of project management experience from concept through construction. Experience managing projects for libraries, courthouses, schools, universities, and other municipal structures. Ability to develop tracking schedules and coordinate communications. Experience preparing budgets and managing project costs. Experience managing project billing. Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Licensed Architect.

Term: This is a 6-month contract to direct opportunity. Pay Range: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour based on prior experience.
