We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Program Manager
with strong expertise in
Salesforce Billing
and
CRM solutions
to lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce and CRM lifecycle management. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable billing and CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement and streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the delivery of Salesforce Billing and CRM programs, ensuring strategic alignment, execution, and measurable outcomes. Manage full program lifecycle: scope definition, planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out. Drive CRM strategy and enhancements, aligning Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud features with business needs. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to streamline customer journey touchpoints across CRM and billing. Ensure tight integration between Salesforce Billing, CRM modules, and third-party systems (e.g., ERP, payment gateways, customer portals). Lead stakeholder workshops to gather and document requirements for CRM workflows, customer data models, and automation. Monitor user adoption, capture feedback, and continuously improve CRM/Billing processes and data integrity. Develop and deliver executive dashboards, reports, and communication updates on program status and KPIs. Identify and manage program risks, change control, and issue resolution. Champion change management and training efforts to support CRM and billing transformation. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 7+ years of Program/Project Management experience, with at least 5 years in Salesforce Billing and CRM-related programs. Proven track record in managing complex Salesforce implementations involving Billing and CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud). Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC), subscription billing, usage-based pricing, invoicing, and revenue recognition. Experience with CRM best practices around customer segmentation, lead-to-cash processes, and engagement automation. Strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination experience. Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Billing Specialist, Revenue Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, PMP, CSM). Hands-on experience with CRM analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau CRM, Einstein Analytics). Familiarity with ERP integrations (e.g., NetSuite, SAP), middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and data migration tools. Background in SaaS, telecom, or subscription-based business models. Experience working with global teams and multi-region deployments.
