About the Role: Our client, a Management consulting firm, is seeking a
hands-on and proactive Testing Lead with Business Analyst capabilities
to support its client's Finance Group within the Manufacturing (Building Materials) division. This dual-role professional will take ownership of
end-to-end integration testing
while collaborating with cross-functional business and IT teams to document and optimize process workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Testing Lead Responsibilities: Lead
end-to-end integration testing
for large-scale enterprise systems (ERP: SAP/Oracle, CRM, etc.). Design comprehensive testing scenarios, coordinate test execution plans, and ensure test data readiness. Drive defect tracking, triaging, and resolution in collaboration with E&IT and business teams. Provide ongoing reporting and status updates to stakeholders during testing phases. Act as the point-of-contact for test strategy alignment between business and technical resources. Business Analyst Responsibilities:
Partner with business teams to map, analyze, and document
non-system processes
(e.g., governance workflows, event planning procedures). Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into functional process flows. Ensure accurate and accessible documentation for business and compliance use. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in
leading integration testing
for enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or CRM systems. Strong understanding of
end-to-end business process testing methodologies
and test lifecycle management. Background in
business process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
. Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills in cross-functional environments. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project setting. Additional Notes:
