Short Description The Clinical Educator II is a nursing professional who is responsible for a variety of training and developmental duties in healthcare. The Clinical Educator II possesses master-level competencies to ensure nurses and unlicensed assistive personnel have the skills and training to succeed in their individualized units or specialty.
Overview Cooper’s Comprehensive Stroke Center includes a 16-bed
Neuroscience ICU
paired with a state-of-the-art Neuro Interventional Suite, where expert nurses provide seamless, around-the-clock neurological care across a wide range of diagnoses.
Pavilion 7 , a 30-bed medical-surgical unit, specializes in orthopedic and neurological care and features dedicated beds for stroke and seizure monitoring, including 3 EMU and 10 telemetry-capable beds. Both units are supported by advanced technology and a highly collaborative interdisciplinary team committed to excellence in patient care. In addition to inpatient services, Cooper’s teams also provide community outreach to improve stroke and neurological health education.
Experience Required
At least 3 years nursing clinical practice in direct patient care required.
Education Requirements
Masters Required; MSN preferred
License/Certification Requirements
NJ RN license required
AHA BLS required
ACLS required within 6 months of hire
