Scrum Master

Scrum Master
to lead Agile delivery teams within a SAFe environment. This individual will work closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to deliver complex solutions and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities: The
Scrum Master
will be responsible for: • Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Agile best practices • Coaching teams on Lean-Agile principles and promoting SAFe core values • Collaborating with Product Owners to manage backlogs and define iteration goals • Proactively identifying and removing delivery impediments • Leading efforts for continuous improvement across multiple delivery teams • Supporting cross-team collaboration through participation in Scrum of Scrums • Aligning development efforts with business and technology roadmaps • Promoting transparency, communication, and high team performance
Qualifications: • 7+ years of experience in project management or Agile delivery • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or PMI-ACP • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices (SAFe framework preferred) • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Databricks) • Strong technical understanding of software development or system operations • Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills • Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
Desired Skills: • Experience in the Banking/Finance/Investment industry • Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., BSA) • SAFe Program Consultant or other advanced Agile certifications • Strategic planning and stakeholder management abilities • Experience with Agile tooling (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
