Histology Supervisor

What You'll Do: Supervise daily operations and ensure quality performance across histology procedures
Embed, cut, and stain tissue samples for routine H&E and special stains
Troubleshoot processing, embedding, cutting, and staining issues
Perform and document preventive maintenance on lab equipment
Maintain the highest standards for safety, compliance, and quality control

Job Requirements
What You Bring:
Completion of an accredited Histotechnology program (CAHEA/NAACLS)
HT (ASCP) certification required
At least 1 year of experience in high-complexity testing
Strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills
Proficiency in operating laboratory equipment and technology
Bonus Points For:
2+ years in a high-volume lab setting Experience with special stains and immunohistochemistry
