Description: The Technical Lead will oversee the implementation of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) solutions. Responsibilities include designing architectures, providing technical oversight, and collaborating with technical and functional teams to ensure solutions align with best practices, compliance standards, and business objectives. This role will require hands-on involvement in functional specification reviews, technical designs, and guiding teams through technical implementations.
Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of EAM and MWM solutions throughout the application lifecycle. Collaborate with system integrators, IT teams, and business stakeholders to replace legacy systems with modern solutions. Oversee technical design and integration, utilizing middleware to connect with enterprise applications. Architect solutions that integrate document management systems with EAM and MWM platforms. Support data migration and cutover activities, ensuring successful deployment. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with best practices and project goals. Analyze technical requirements and develop solutions to integrate with various systems. Provide leadership in performance optimization and technology evaluations. Manage and drive key technical decisions to meet project deliverables.
Required Skills: Strong expertise in EAM and MWM technology, architecture, and implementation. At least 3 years of experience with EAM platforms and cloud-based configurations. At least 1 year of experience with MWM solutions and system integrations. Proficient in data management, integration, and technical documentation. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and guide projects. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
Desired Skills: Experience with scheduling tools and workflow management within EAM platforms. Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks, such as Java or .Net. Familiarity with data integration platforms and authentication protocols. Knowledge of software development tools and reporting frameworks.
Compensation: Pay Range:$61.25-$87.50
