Rosemead, CA (Hybrid: Mon & Tue onsite) Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Education Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree Pay Rate: $32.36/hr.
Position Overview
Ensure document integrity across multiple repositories for compliance with Buy America regulations. Reconcile ~700 project folders across four systems while maintaining accurate supplier contact data.
Key Responsibilities
Document Reconciliation: Audit and align project folders across: Buy America Project Tracker SharePoint (currently incomplete) Shared Drive e-DMRM (final document repository)
Establish 1:1:1:1 document relationships across all systems Differentiate and file "working docs" vs. "final docs" appropriately Data Management:
Review/update supplier contact information in Vendor Master Contact suppliers to collect missing profile data Ensure accuracy for compliance mailings System Maintenance:
Add missing projects to repositories as needed Maintain folder structure consistency Technical Environment
Primary Tools:
SharePoint Online, Excel, PDF editors Systems:
e-DMRM, Buy America Project Tracker Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree Proficiency in: Excel (data organization) SharePoint Online PDF editing/management
Strong attention to detail for document review Preferred:
Experience with compliance documentation Familiarity with vendor/master data management Work Model
Hybrid Schedule:
2 days onsite (Monday & Tuesday)
