Title:Product Manager Risk Adjustment Location:Remote Type:Temp to Hire Salary Conversion:$110,000-$150,000/year

Description: We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our Risk Adjustment Analytics product. This role will work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, operations, and client teams to deliver solutions that drive accuracy, efficiency, and value in risk adjustment programs.

What You Will Do:

Own the product roadmap and backlog for the Risk Adjustment platform

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and product features

Define and track key performance metrics (e.g., RAF accuracy, coding yield, audit pass rates)

Partner with engineering and data teams to guide product development and ensure delivery against timelines

Prioritize features and enhancements based on client needs, compliance requirements, and ROI

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the risk adjustment space

Lead UAT and coordinate client feedback for continuous product improvement

Ensure product documentation, training materials, and release notes are clear and accessible

You Will Be Successful If:

Proven ability to navigate and interpret Medicare Advantage operations and regulatory requirements

Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues

Effective communicator who can bridge gaps between technical and non-technical teams

Brings structure, clarity, and organization to Agile project management in fast-paced environments

Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously

Demonstrated focus on aligning project outcomes with user needs and business goals

What You Will Bring:

3+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare or health tech

Strong understanding of risk adjustment (Medicare Advantage, ACA, HCC models, etc.)

Experience working with analytics products or data platforms

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment

Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and agile development practices

Experience with risk adjustment vendors, health plans, or coding workflows
