8+ years of progressive experience in software development, with at least 6+ years specifically in Senior Fullstack Java development.* Expert-level proficiency in Java 8+ and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security).* Strong hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying microservices architectures.* Demonstrated expertise with React.js and Redux/Reducer for complex single-page applications.* Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.* Extensive experience with Oracle Database, including SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning.* Proven experience deploying and managing applications on Red Hat OpenShift.* Good to have experience with AWS services relevant to application deployment and infrastructure (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, EKS/ECS, API Gateway, Lambda, CloudWatch).* In-depth knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.* Strong experience with CI/CD pipeline setup and management (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).* Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git and branching strategies.* Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.* Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.* Create and maintain dashboards in monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
