Main Focus

: The EDI Business Analyst serves as a lead for all communications between internal and external customers and network providers for Taylor Farms. He/she will be responsible for onboarding customers on EDI, complex troubleshooting, proposing, and communicating solutions, maintaining customer profiles and monitoring data flow. Should be methodical, organized, and proficient in gathering business requirements, documenting integration flows and mapping specifications and be able to communicate and share proposals with stake holders and executives.

Duties:

Be a self-driven leader to manage customer expectations and projects. Collaborate with functional business units to gather business and technical requirements. Improve processes and drive change management. Experience with EDI mapping across various tools and document sets. End to End Customer Onboarding experience. Design, develop, implement, and deploy solutions that support EDI transactions and processes. Troubleshoot reports and SQL queries. Gather functional and technical requirements and document integration workflows and mapping specifications. Strong liaison between business units and the IT team. Proactively maintain good EDI system hygiene. Provide best in class customer service to all parties.

Required skills:

5+ years' experience with EDI Fluent in all EDI standards, mappings, XML and SQL bility to write and run complex SQL queries Strong focus on leading IT/technology projects and business process improvement changes. Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 experience. Strong understanding of EDI communication protocols and data management. Must be detail and task oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure to meet concurrent deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills, as well as the ability to present and explain technical information in a way that established rapport, persuades others and gains understanding. Strong business acumen around supply chain.
