Job Title: Sr. Lead .Net Developer
Location: Hybrid, 2-3 times / WEEK
RATE: $80 C2C all inclusive
Client: Santa Clara County or County of Santa Clara

Objective: Resources will design, create, and test all interfaces and data exchanges required for two projects: Inmate Records Information System (IRIS) and Integrated Justice System (IJS). The IRIS project will
implement a new Jail Management System (JMS)
for the Sheriff's Office and the IJS project will
modernize the remaining components in the legacy
Criminal Justice Information Control (CJIC) system that will work with new JMS.
Required Experience and Abilities: •
Having 5 years or more experience in developing APIs • Having 5 years or more experience with integration /API • Having 5 years or more experience developing programs in C# • Working with Microsoft .NET and Visual Studio • Implementing restful and soap based messaging • Working with XSD and XSLT documents • Integrating with Microsoft SQL Server and coding stored procedures • Working with API Management toolset • Some experience in working with TLS certificates • Working with Azure Integration Services (optional but nice to have)
Contract Term: 12 months On-Site Requirements: Hybrid. - Resource will need to work 2-3 days a week onsite. Local candidates preferred.
