JOB DESCRIPTION
This hybrid role combines the strategic oversight of a PMO leader, the tactical execution of a Project Manager, and the analytical rigor of a Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring that critical initiatives are scoped accurately, planned methodically, and delivered efficiently-while also helping to establish PMO best practices across the organization.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, coordinate resources, and track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
    • Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
    • This is a hands-on role ranging from managing a portfolio of projects to providing specific project solutions when necessary.
  • PMO Leadership:
    • Assist in the development and implementation of PMO processes, tools, and templates.
    • Establish and maintain project governance practices, including status reporting, risk management, and project prioritization.
    • Serve as a central resource for project documentation, standards, and knowledge sharing.
    • Support capacity planning and resource management across the project portfolio.
  • Business Analysis:
    • Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and research
    • Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional and non-functional requirements
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize features, user stories, and use cases.
    • Support testing, training, and implementation activities, ensuring that delivered solutions meet business expectations
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or PMO roles industry experience in real estate and construction a plus
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects from initiation to completion.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • PMP, CBAP, or other relevant certifications preferred.
