Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Senior HOA Property Manager for a dedicated full-service property management client. This full-time opportunity is onsite in Andover, MA.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We're seeking a skilled and customer-focused Senior HOA Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple homeowner associations. This role involves vendor coordination, budget oversight, community governance, and long-term property planning. The right candidate will thrive in a dynamic, solutions-driven environment that values professionalism and client satisfaction.

Oversee day-to-day operations and management of HOA properties Coordinate vendor services and ensure maintenance standards are met Develop and manage annual budgets and financial reports Enforce community rules and respond to resident concerns Organize and lead HOA board meetings Plan and implement long-term property maintenance strategies QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience in property and HOA management, including condo associations Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Strong financial and budget management abilities Proficient in property management software; AppFolio experience preferred Certification in property management (e.g., CMCA, AMS, PCAM) is a plus
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This full-time role offers a competitive base salary starting at $80,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match, generous PTO, and a supportive, laid-back work environment.
