Answer incoming calls and greet all visitors with professionalism Set up and maintain customer accounts, agreements, and pricing Process employee time entries, track time off, and monitor exceptions Handle accounts receivable, send statements, and assist in collection efforts Review contracts and prepare daily deposits Generate invoices, issue credits, and maintain account records Receive, log, and dispatch service calls to route personnel Handle daily mail (incoming and outgoing) Support branch operations with various administrative tasks as needed What We're Looking For:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Professional demeanor and integrity in handling sensitive information
