Description The Multi-Domain Solutions Division within National Security at Leidos is seeking a skilled

Senior Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE)

to join our team. This role is critical for providing cybersecurity leadership for our global network operations. Primary Responsibilities Serve as the cybersecurity program leader for the global network.

Develop and maintain comprehensive Risk Management Framework (RMF) packages for accrediting the DI Network.

Provide essential cybersecurity support for the DI Network's mission, testing, training, and planning systems.

Plan, conduct, and oversee the network in accordance with DoD RMF guidelines, utilizing applicable documents and templates.

Assist in obtaining and maintaining Authorizations to Operate (ATO), Authorizations to Test (ATC), and Interconnection Security Agreements (ISA) as necessary.

Manage Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) and track progress in line with government timelines.

Collaborate with Air Force, industry partners, and research organizations to meet the requirements and objectives of the ABMS DI network.

Facilitate the exchange of technical and programmatic information to support ABMS DI Network goals.

Engage actively in working groups, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and formal reviews for effective communication and decision-making.

Basic Qualifications A minimum Secret clearance with the capability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.

Must be a U.S. citizen.

Bachelor's degree with 12-15 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 8-10 years of experience.

Proven experience in cybersecurity management, specifically in achieving and maintaining system ATO through the RMF process.

Ability to attain and maintain a DoD-Approved Baseline IAM Level III and/or IASAE III certification within 6 months of joining the team.

A minimum of 10 years of experience managing security for government networks, with at least 5 years focused on NIST FIPS-199 Moderate or High systems or National Security Systems.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to participate in comprehensive planning, coordination, and execution across system integration activities.

Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams with varied technical backgrounds.

Familiarity with the security features of Cloud and Edge Computing, Networks, Tactical Communications, and Cybersecurity systems integration.

Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Jira and Confluence.

Clearance Required Secret clearance required, with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with JADC2 initiatives.

Previous project management experience.

Experience supporting programs for the Department of the Air Force.

Background in multi-domain systems and cross-domain solutions.

Familiarity with large weapons systems and command and control platforms across the DoD portfolio.
