This position requires the candidate to be available to work in person in our Atlanta office. We come in 3 days per week, but support flexibility as needed.

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Operations Coordinator - Hardware
to lead our hardware procurement, inventory management, and fulfillment processes. As our company rapidly scales and the scope of our hardware offerings expands, this role will be crucial in ensuring seamless results. You'll work closely with our supply team, sales, customer success, finance, vendors, and the OE team to ensure our customers receive their hardware efficiently and their warranty claims are handled effectively.

What we are looking for:
Responsibilities of the Operations Coordinator - Hardware, include: Hardware Order Management Lead:
Serve as the primary point of contact and overall lead for all AMP hardware order management, inventory control, and warranty support. Vendor Relationship Management : Collaborate directly with hardware vendors to accurately place purchase orders, process change orders, and meticulously track orders to guarantee on-time delivery. You'll also manage the submission and tracking of all warranty claims with vendors. Customer Communication:
Proactively communicate order status updates, shipping information, and warranty claim progress to customers, ensuring transparency and managing expectations. Inventory Management : Monitor hardware inventory levels diligently, conduct regular audits, and implement strategies to ensure adequate stock and accurate inventory counts for all hardware items. Order Fulfillment:
Prepare and ship hardware items directly from in-office inventory stock, ensuring proper packaging and timely dispatch. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, customer success, accounting, and other teams, to align on hardware needs, resolve issues, and improve overall operational efficiency. What we expect you to have:
Exceptional Organizational Skills & Attention to Detail:
You have a proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain meticulous records. Data Tracking:
Experience and proven capability working with spreadsheets, inventory management software, or other tools to accurately track data such as customer orders, vendor orders, inventory, payments, and change orders. Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate information to both internal teams and external customers. Operations Experience : Prior experience in analyzing, managing, and optimizing processes. Bonus points and street cred for the following:
Experience specifically managing hardware orders, logistics, and/or warranty support. Advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills. Experience with a CRM or ERP system. Familiarity with various shipping procedures and carriers. Why work for us?
