Key Responsibilities: Assemble, install, seal, rig, inspect, and complete structural/system components. Interpret technical documents, engineering drawings, work instructions, and verbal/written information. Utilize shop mathematics and precision instruments to complete work assignments and perform functional tests. Use hand and power tools to assemble sub-assemblies or final components. Verify completed work aligns with specifications and document discrepancies as needed. Ensure tooling and equipment certifications are maintained according to company procedures. Perform routine minor maintenance of equipment and machinery. Move products within the production area using designated equipment and update system transactions accordingly. Support continuous production flow and assist teammates at all levels. Train and mentor new employees in installation, assembly, and inspection techniques. Cross-train in inspection and qualify as a Source Inspection Authority (SIA), if required. Specialized Areas of Expertise (One or More Preferred): Assembly/Installation of Structures Sub-Assembly Sealing Doors Assembly/Installation Integral Fuel Cell Sealing Precision Bench Assembly Pressure & Vacuum Testing CNC and Fastening Equipment (less than 3-axis movement) Drive Matic Process Experience Levels:

Level 1 - Technician (2-4 Years Experience) Ideal for those with early-career hands-on assembly and mechanical skills, familiarity with aerospace components, and a strong attention to detail.

Level 2 - Experienced Technician (5-10 Years Experience) Candidates should bring advanced knowledge of aircraft systems, structural assembly, and installation techniques. Experience leading or mentoring others is a plus.

Level 3 - Senior Technician (11+ Years Experience) Highly skilled professionals with a deep understanding of aerospace manufacturing, inspections, and precision assembly. Ideal for those with a proven track record of excellence and the ability to support and train others.
