engineering, building sciences, environmental, civil, and occupational health and safety solutions
across the U.S. and Canada. With rapid growth ahead, they are expanding their operations and service offerings nationally.
We are seeking a bright and motivated
Project Manager
to join their
Industrial Hygiene team
in
Michigan . This
hybrid position
offers a home base in one of the following locations:
Berkley, MI; Oak Park, MI; or Grand Rapids, MI .
This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping clients make informed decisions related to
industrial hygiene ,
property acquisitions ,
redevelopment , and
contaminated site management . In this role, you'll build your professional network, collaborate with senior experts, and gain valuable knowledge and hands-on experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
Develop and manage project plans, ensuring they meet timeline and budget goals
Prepare and review technical work plans that define project methodology, goals, and deliverables
Maintain strong client relationships through effective and timely communication
Create comprehensive reports summarizing project progress, findings, and recommendations
Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to align project expectations
Monitor project profitability through careful budgeting and resource allocation
Represent the company professionally in both public and client-facing settings
Share insights and updates on business opportunities or regulatory developments with leadership
Manage tasks, data, and internal coordination across projects
Foster and enforce a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance
Perform additional related duties as assigned What You'll Need to Be Successful:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science (preferred)
3-5 years of experience in Industrial Hygiene
Michigan-accredited Asbestos Inspector and Certified Lead Inspector (required)
Valid driver's license
Comfortable working in diverse environments and weather conditions
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Capable of working independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced setting
Flexible availability and willingness to travel as required
Physically able to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift/move up to 50 lbs
Must pass a physical exam and meet vision requirements (close and distance vision)
