Job Description

The Project Scheduler - Mission Critical Builds - Baltimore will be responsible for:

Developing and maintaining detailed construction schedules for large-scale, complex projects (e.g., data centers, aviation, K-12/public, infrastructure) Collaborating closely with project teams, superintendents, and subcontractors to align project timelines with construction activities Monitoring project progress and updating schedules accordingly to reflect actual performance and changes in scope Identifying potential schedule delays or risks and working with teams to implement mitigation strategies Leading schedule review meetings with internal stakeholders and clients Creating and distributing weekly/monthly look-ahead schedules and progress reports Supporting the preconstruction team by building baseline schedules for proposals and estimates Utilizing scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and/or MS Project to track and manage all project timelines Ensuring alignment between the master schedule and short-term planning (e.g., 3-week look-ahead schedules) Maintaining project documentation related to schedule changes and updates Providing schedule analysis to support decision-making and claims avoidance Ensuring compliance with client scheduling and reporting requirements Supporting multiple projects as needed, with a focus on mission-critical facilities Being onsite 4 days per week at the project site MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant

The Project Scheduler - Mission Critical Builds - Baltimore will have:

5+ years of experience in scheduling large-scale commercial construction projects Background working with data centers, aviation, public/K-12, or infrastructure projects strongly preferred Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project for schedule development and maintenance Strong understanding of construction sequencing, CPM scheduling, and delay mitigation strategies Experience supporting both preconstruction and active construction phases Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including field staff and clients Proven track record of maintaining project documentation and producing progress reports Excellent communication and organizational skills to lead schedule meetings and align stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required) Comfortable working onsite 4 days/week and supporting multiple concurrent projects Strong analytical skills to evaluate risks, identify critical path issues, and provide schedule solutions Familiarity with mission-critical or fast-paced project environments What's on Offer
