Value for our customers.If you think you can see yourself delivering our mission and pursuing our goals with us, then check out the job description below!What you'll do:Leadership & Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the program teams, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.Develop Team: Mentor and develop a high-performing team b promoting professional growth and curating a positive work environment.Operational Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned to MetroStar's strategy map and BHAGBudget Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for programs across the portfolioCross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with leaders across MetroStar to support initiatives aligned to MetroStar's strategy map including support for organic and new business growth opportunitiesWhat you'll need to succeed:An active TS security clearance (with the ability to obtain a SCI) or higherBachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field10+ years' experience in operations with at least 5 years in a senior roleExperience delivering a full range of IT support services, on large scale programs ($50M+); experience within DOS, DOJ, and/or IC.Expertise communicating with and presenting to high-level government stakeholdersDemonstrated experience and understanding of business development, capture, and proposal developmentDemonstrated expertise in process methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)SALARY RANGE: $184,000 - $270,000The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
