Job Description
Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and compliance. Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams. Prepare project budgets, forecasts, and schedules in collaboration with pre-construction and estimating teams. Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, including procurement and contract negotiations. Monitor job site safety, productivity, and progress, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations. Review and approve invoices, change orders, and project documentation. Proactively identify and resolve potential issues or delays, maintaining a strong focus on quality control. Conduct regular site visits and team meetings to ensure alignment across stakeholders. Deliver consistent reporting and updates to senior leadership. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial or residential construction. Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and project management practices. Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam). Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. OSHA 30 certification is a plus. What's on Offer
