Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Project Manager - Chat Messaging to join their team! This position is located in Stamford, Connecticut.
Duties:
Lead end-to-end project planning and delivery across chat flow enhancements, integrations, and platform improvements Own project timelines, sprint tracking, grooming cadences, and delivery milestones across multiple stakeholders and vendors Coordinate with Business Analysts, Technical BAs, QA, product managers, and chat vendor teams Manage dependencies between BRDs, TRDs, QA handoff, UAT, and production launch activities Track SOW status, development progress, testing readiness, and report blockers or risk to leadership Facilitate recurring standups, change reviews, grooming sessions, retrospectives, and project status updates Document requirements and track deliverables in Jira, Confluence, and related tools Desired Skills/Experience:
3+ years of experience in project management within a digital or CX environment Experience working in Agile, wagile, or hybrid environments Strong organizational and communication skills Able to manage multiple projects in parallel Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and project tracking tools Familiarity with chatbot platforms, SDK-based chat tools, or AI-driven support tools preferred Ability to lead without authority and influence cross-functional contributors Experience with QA planning, UAT coordination, and production launch execution Benefits:

$62.00
and
$82.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
