Your Role as Nurse Supervisor In this rewarding position, you will: Guide the development and execution of personalized patient care programs and policies. Act as a vital link between administration, nursing management, and clinical staff. Oversee nursing care and ensure high-quality treatment and services on assigned shifts. Manage staff performance through feedback, evaluations, and counseling. Engage in direct patient care and connect meaningfully with patients to understand their full range of needs. Celebrate patient milestones and victories alongside your team. Qualifications Needed Current RN licensure as per state regulations. BLS certification, with ACLS certification required within one year. CRRN certification to be obtained within one year of meeting eligibility. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field. Minimum of two years of recent inpatient hospital experience. Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or in a lead capacity.
