Job Description Analyze all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment Process purchase order and non-purchase order invoices Prioritize invoices according to discount potential and payment terms Participate in weekly check runs Audit and process credit card receipts Reconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies Respond to all vendor inquiries Maintenance of master file of assigned vendors (ensure W9 information, 1099 classifications, contact information, payment terms/methods are current,) Assist in month end closing; identify and submit monthly accruals Assist with other projects as needed Work with internal management to resolve issues Job Requirements:
At least 2 years of recent experience in Accounts Payable Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable Experience working with ERP systems Ability to work independently but team oriented with an emphasis on meeting department deadlines Has the ability work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and timeliness Knowledge of excel (v-lookup and pivot tables) Self-motivated with a mindset of completeness Proven knowledge of the accounting principles Preferred:
