They are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join their team, playing a key role in enhancing the company's high-speed trading operations. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with traders, analyze market trends, and develop features and algorithms that drive meaningful impact within the organization.

4+ years experience working with a high level language (C++, Java, C#) Some C++ experience is a plus Linux/Unix exposure Previous financial industry experience is a plus Computer science or engineering degree or real world experience RESPONSIBILITIES

Work on our system from trading algorithm development, to high speed data analysis, and intelligent execution engine design Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ code on Linux Develop and improve trading algorithms by researching market trends, analyzing data, and implementing algorithmic strategies Engage in multithreaded and networked software development to enhance trading strategies Collaborate with cross-functional departments on various aspects of trading system to improve overall system performance
