Overview: Avid Associates is seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Landscape Project Manager to oversee landscape installation projects for commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape construction, project management, and leadership to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of commercial landscape projects from start to finish. Work closely with clients, architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications are met. Manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules to ensure profitability and on-time delivery. Supervise and direct field teams, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are maintained. Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality, address any issues, and make adjustments as needed. Procure materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-efficiency. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental and safety requirements. Maintain strong communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns. Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Horticulture, or related field (preferred). Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management within the commercial landscape industry. Strong knowledge of landscape construction practices, plant materials, and irrigation systems. Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites. Benefits:
