Required Qualifications:
Licensure: LMFT, LMHC, LMSW, or LCSW Education: Degree in Social Work or related field Experience: Relevant experience in social work, particularly with adult populations Responsibilities:
Provide social work services to individuals and families in need Conduct assessments; develop and implement treatment plans Collaborate with professionals to coordinate client care Assist with medical documentation and record-keeping Conduct crisis intervention; provide emergency support Utilize behavior analysis techniques for behavioral challenges Facilitate group therapy sessions Skills:
Proficiency in social work principles, practices, and medical documentation Experience with autism, developmental disabilities, mental health counseling Crisis intervention, applied behavior analysis, group therapy facilitation Child and family counseling Strong research, communication, problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a team
