SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide all shipment paperwork to ensure that customers' desired results and expectations are met and perform various tasks as needed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform First article report and Certificate of Conformance Complete, organize and maintain shipment paperwork records Organize quality records from internal data and supplier data Follow the company policies and procedures Perform assigned tasks and fulfill responsibilities to achieve company objectives and department goals Perform any other tasks as requested by Management to support Quality oversight activities. Maintains documentation for Quality System. Updated and create forms and procedures for Quality System related activities Monitor the corrective action, customer complaint to appropriate department for completion. Collect, evaluate statistical data (on time delivery, process yield, customer satisfaction, CAPA, RMA, SCRAP, DMR, supplier performance) Must be a team player as measured by his/her peers Performs other related duties assigned Requirements
REQUIRED
High School diploma and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a medical or aerospace environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to work accurately, organize and adhere to schedules and timelines while handling multiple priorities Willingness to learn, suggest improvements, and train others Must be able to work under minimum supervision and in a team environment Must be computer savvy - MS Office (including Excel, Word, Outlook) Solid understanding of technical documentation and compliance requirements DESIRED
Experience with advanced computer software (such as Prolink, Minitab), and ERP Systems is a plus
